  • Cursed

Cursed was a really superb episode of Legend of The Seeker and I enjoyed watching this episode as Richard and Kahlan learn the truth about King Gregor and how he is protecting his Kingdom. I thought this episode had a great story, character and plot development, action, drama, intrigue, and humor. This episode definitely adds to the over all story of the Legend of The Seeker and it was fun to watch the story unfold. I enjoyed the scenes with Shota that looked really awesome and mystical. I look forward to watching the next episode of Legend of The Seeker!!!!!!!moreless
  • WOW! What an amazing episode!

This must've been the greatest episode so far, along with the one where Kahlan and Richard were captured by Lord Rahl's archwizard, who tried to steal Kahlan's powers from her. That one also involved the BloodRage, and I must admit I am curious as to where the writers are going to take this script-wise. It's a powerful treat and used very well in the books.

I loved the combination of action, emotion and pure horror special effects - the director didn't spare us, especially in the beginning where the monster devoured the king's wife. A good scare in the beginning was exactly what this story demanded! But, as always in this story, there was a twist behind every villain, the monster was not really a monster, but a good-hearted king who did everything he could to protect his kingdom, the evil witch was just an agent who did her part in preventing Darken Rahl from becoming all-powerful, and the solution to the problem wasn't to kill the monster, but to control it. Just as Kahlan's solution wasn't to eliminate the BloodRage, but to learn how to use it to her advantage.

I loved the final part, when Zedd and Shota united their spellcasting to cause the eclipse, and the beautiful, fragile queen transformed into a bloodthirstly monster right in front of our eyes. Awesome episode, hands down!moreless
  • This was an excellent episode with some interesting twists, I cannot wait to see where the story of this show leads.

Although much of the things we are seeing in the episodes of this show don't really follow the books the basic story from the books is there. I have read the entire series and I feel that they are doing an excellent job of telling the story from a different perspective. This episode was very interesting. We see Kahlan enter into the ConDar again and once more lose control which is not that far from the truth of the original story about the ConDar, we also see Zedd and Shota working together to help Richard save King Gregor's kingdom of which the name escapes me. This was interesting to see as well as the information we learned about Zedd and Shota's past since from what I remember of the books the two of them were at each other's throats when they crossed paths. All in all this was an interesting and exciting episodemoreless
  • Full of mistery, fantasy, drama and load of ACTION.

This is exactly the reason we fans watch this show. The story just keeps getting better and deeper. Every episode you get even more involved with the story and characters. I think the actors are getting better in every episode and really does a great job bringing this characters we love so much to life. The especial effects are beautiful. And in this episode you'll get a lot of suspence, action, drama, everything we Legend of the Seeker's fans look for in the show. It's breathtaking! You won't want this episode to be over. Time will fly while you watch this superb episode full of twists. The only bad thing about "Cursed" is that it brings us closer to the season finale.moreless
  • Impressive episode - best so far?

Wow, what a great episode! action packed, somewhat unpredictable, interesting storyline... very visually beautiful and the visuals packed an extra punch combined with such a good story etc. It was hard to tell for quite a while who was good and who was sinister in this plot. Extreme measures had to be taken to protect a kingdom from the D'harans. A sorceress gave a king the ability to protect the kingdom by making him transform into a human killing/eating monster every night. But after he pushed back the D'harans from the border, he still went through the change every night. And no magic seemed able to stop it from happening. It was the ultimate sacrifice... A lot happens as a result. The stakes seemed high this time - really high. And very good guest stars too. This episode really gives hope that the show will continue to improve and become a really great show next season.moreless
