  • The episode and the temple run was really awsome. The best temple run of the show!

    10
The episode from beginning to end was amazing. The silver snakes were dominating all the way through. After Olmec gave the silver snakes the rooms to the temple, the first person, Joel says that he can handle it. He ran into the temple into the ledges. He performs the objectives in the rock quarry and the laser light room. Then, he makes a huge jump into the swamp, ignores the temple spirit in the dark forest, and busts through the wall into the mine shaft. Afterwards, he goes into the shrine of the silver monkey where he has some trouble with the belly part of the monkey. Finally, he grabs the nose ring and takes a really unique way out of the temple. He goes up into the observatory and goes down the whole center shaft. He finally runs through the gate with 57 seconds left, and the winning music plays. If he didn't take the odd way out, this would of been a record. Also, this is only one out of a few episodes where there was not even one temple guard! As a side note, the cheering in season 2 is from a soundtrack, but this is one of the episodes where it has difficulties, so the studio audience cheers during the temple run. They go really wild when Joel runs out of the temple. Also, Kirk didn't speak during a lot of the run, it was mostly done by a soundtrack.moreless
  • Quite possibly the best temple run of all time

    10
The Silver Snakes won the temple games and were able to make it to the temple. The first player, Joel, knew exactly what he was doing. Instead of going up to the Crypt, he went down through the Ledges and into the Rock Quarry. Then he went through the Laser Light room and made a huge jump right across the Swamp! Then he ran right through the Dark Forest, nearly getting caught by a Temple Spirit in the trees. He crashed through the wall and into the Mine Shaft where he went up to the Shrine of the Silver Monkey. After assembling the Monkey, he ran into the Storeroom, grabbed the Nose Ring and tried to make his way out....by going down. Doing this move after such an awesome run seemed rather stupid, but Joel still had plenty of time and made it out of the Temple. If Joel hadn't gone, he could've made record time, but still, he did a really awesome job and didn't run into any guards whatsoever.moreless

    • (Before the first Temple Game)

Kirk: "Babes on Bell's Neck". Isn't that a song? (audience laughs)

    • Olmec: Up in Minnesota lived the biggest, strongest lumberjack of all time -- Paul Bunyan. They say Paul was so big, that when he was a baby, it took a whole herd of dairy cattle to keep his bottle filled. With the help of Babe, his giant blue ox, he logged most of the West. Babe could haul a whole forest of logs. Paul had to dig out the Great Lakes just so she could drink. Once, during the year of two winters, it snowed so hard that Paul had to dig down to find the tops of the trees. Folks all over Minnesota were snowed in.
Paul: Babe, those folks need help.
Olmec: Said Paul, and he staked up so much firewood on Babe's sled, that even Babe struggled to pull it, sinking deep into the ground at every step. But deliver it they did, and in the spring, everywhere Babe had stepped, a lake formed. When Babe died, Paul Bunyan saved her enormous iron nose ring. Your quest is to find The Enormous Iron Nose Ring of Babe and bring it back here.
Kirk: All right, thanks, Olmec. Tell us, where is this Enormous Nose Ring?
Olmec: The Enormous Nose Ring of Babe the Ox can be found in The King's Storeroom.
