      Kenderick from Arkansas has poor eating habits and a low level of activity. Spurred by the bad health history of his family, he wants to transform his life. April from Pennsylvania wants to be on a sports team like most of her friends as well as improve her eating habits.  Nickelodeon paired each kid with a coach to help achieve the transformation. Kenderick meets Coach Bazzel and learns his goal: to run a kids triathlon. April's coach, Lisa, announces that April will try out for one of her favorite sports: volleyball. Both coaches offer eating and exercise tips to get them started.  Each challenger completes an obstacle with eye toward improving their times at the end of the challenge.moreless
