Well, this was an odd episode of Leverage, confusing as to who they were conning so late in the game, but it was clever and it gave those fans who are hoping for Nate and Sophie and Parker and Hardison pairings some scenes they might enjoy. It was fast-moving and enjoyable and while it was not my favorite con, the majority of the writing was strong tonight.

Solid, better than most this season.moreless

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • When Meredith walks away from the boat, she hears the sound of the gunshot, and then the sound of a body going into the water roughly six seconds later. In the flashback, Oscar fires the shot and then Eliot knocks him into the water roughly thirty seconds later.

  • QUOTES (4)

    • Sophie: You don't have a romantic bone in your body. You don't even bother to learn their names. They're just waitress, nurse, stewardess.
Eliot: First of all, it's "flight attendant," all right? They don't like being called stewardess. And second, I know their names.

    • Parker: You guys having a three-way?
      Nate/Sophie/Eliot: What?!?
      Parker: Three-way fight?

    • Parker: Let's go steal a sweetheart. (Eliot frowns) Widow?
      Eliot: Unh-unh.
      Parker: No, spider? Spider.

    • Parker: (seeing an expensive necklace) Ooh. Sparkly.
      Nate: Parker, no burgling.
Parker: But these jewels... they're just asking to be taken.

  • ALLUSIONS (1)

    • Hardison's Alias: Harding gives himself the alias of Steven Melching, who in real life is a comic book artist and writer for such series as Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Melching has also written dialogue for various Star Wars video games, as Hardison, a Star Wars fan since the first episode, would be well aware of.
