When the team stages Sophie's death in the hospital, Eliot plays a nurse in that scene and pronounces her time of death. However, only medical doctors have the right to pronounce somebody's death, not nurses.
At the beginning of the episode in the courtroom, Ronald, one of the victims, takes out a gun in order to shoot Eddie. However, all courthouses have a metal detector at the entrance, they would never allow anybody who is not law enforcement to enter the court with a gun.
Eliot says that he hates the Enron guys. Christian Kane stars in The Crooked E: The Unshredded Truth About Enron, where he plays an Enron employee.
Eliot: Hey, how's the arm little man?
Randy: It's okay.
Eliot: My name's Eliot, what's your name?
Eliot: Randy, uh? I like that name. I had an uncle named Randy. Sure are a lot of cops running around here, huh? You know, if you wanted, you could go up to one of them, tell them what happened to your arm. Hey Randy, you don't have to be afraid anymore.
Randy: Dad knows these cops. You know, they come to my house; they'll drink beer and overlook me. I can't.
(Eliot puts comm in)
Hardison: ...you think you can just ignore me like I don't have any feelings, like I never sat there and listened to you talk all night about...
Eliot: Hardison, have you been talking the whole time?
Hardison: I wouldn't have to if you didn't turn off your dadgum com.
Sophie: All right, so if this guy's not afraid of prison, what incentive does he have to tell us where the cash is?
(The group looks expectantly at Nate)
Nate: I'm thinking!
Parker: Nate, hate to rush you, but Eddie goes to the prison in an hour, so...
(Nate is preparing to pretend to be a doctor)
Parker: What if there's a train accident and there's stretchers everywhere and someone points to you and says, "hey you! Help me with the sucking chest wound!"
Nate: I-I would stick my hand in the chest and hope for the best.
Parker: Oh, you are so not operating on me!
Hardison: You're gonna gimme that shirt...
Eliot: Listen to me, son, you need those fingers to type on your little keyboard, don't you?
Hardison: See, you know a bully's just a cowboy with low self-esteem!
Eliot: What was that now?
Hardison: I said-what?
Eliot: My insecure ass is gonna be wearing this shirt!
Hardison: Let's go over the code.
Eliot: What code? We're a couple of cops.
Hardison: Unarmed cops. We need to communicate in code, so look, I'll casually mention Star Trek...
Eliot: Great, 'cause that comes up a lot!
Hardison: It does!
Parker: Is it just me or has Nate gotten a little sadistic since he quit drinking?
Sophie: Is it just me or does that make him even more attractive?

When Hardison pages Dr. Ralph O'Kahn for surgery right before Eliot is attacked by the Armenian hitman, he is trying to use a Star Trek reference as a code and he is referring to the second Star Trek movie The Wrath of Khan.
