  • Slow but interesting

I thought the development of the plot in the main case a somewhat slow but it was good and entertaining. Once again, Cal finds out the truth with the help of Loker and is it just me or Cal has gotten more cynical, I mean, compared to the first episodes? I liked it when he was sort of off the radar and then he just came out and gave an opinion on what he had seen.

I enjoyed seeing the two women working together, even when Gillian was commanding. I guess it was something she had to do, because it meant saving her friend's reputation. The last scene was worth the whole episode. Yes, I admit it, I'm a Cal/Gillian fan. The way he looks at her when she's in that condition was just really sweet and well, seductive. The hug and then the other hug? Cal respects her so much he was definitely enjoying observing Gillian so close but far at the same time.
  • Good case!

This was another interesitng Lie To Me episode, with a good mining case. The major criticism I have is that a couple of seasons ago, they had already done another episode which was related to mining, so that was a little disappointed.

However, the caes was gret! Take nothing away from it, I really enjyed it. Parts of it were a little confusing, but all together, it was very enjoyable.

The cse and episode were great, but Lie To Me needs to develop some sort of identity. I don't look forwad to this show every week as much as I used to. We get good cases, but some of the characters seem redundant and misused.

Still, a good episode, and I hope for more greatness!
