      Agent Frank Morgan's name is an allusion to the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz, specifically actor Frank Morgan who portrayed the Wizard of Oz as well as several other roles in the film.

      This is a reference to the song The Dream Police by Cheap Trick released in 1979.
