Allusions
ADD ALLUSIONS-
Towards the end of the episode, when the students start singing "We Love You Derek" it is similar lyrics and exact tune to "We Love You Conrad" from Bye Bye Birdie, a musical.

During the demonstration to Keep Derek in School there is a sign that says "Dereka" on it. This is an allusion to an earlier episode that said Derek was called "Dereka" when he had long hair.
