Life with Snarky Parker

Show Summary

Life with Snarky Parker was a family-western puppet show that aired for one season on network television in the 50s. Directed by award-winning filmmaker, Yul Brenner, the show sets in Hot Rock, Arkansas, where Deputy Sheriff Snarky Parker is responsible for keeping the peace. Parker and his horse, Heathcliff, along with side kick, Cuda Barra, (Voiced by Cora Baird) fight outlaws, Blackie McGoo (Voiced by Bil Baird) and Noose Nolan (Bil Baird), each week. The Sheriff also manages to flirt with the town's schoolteacher, Miss Butterball (Cora Baird), who always turns down his advances.
