When Charlie kills Roman Nevikov near the end of the episode Nevikov is sat to Charlies left, on the drivers side. In the shot after he is killed, where his guys are about to torch the van, Nevikov is now sat on the other side of the vehicle.
In episode 2, season 1, throughout the episode, the husband of the murder victim/initial suspect in the crime has a head wound on his right temple. At 35 min and 05 seconds into the episode, the head wound briefly changes location to the left temple, then switches back in the next scene.
The map that is on the PI's wall, is showing the city of Glendale, CA (in the area of Highway 210 and Angeles Crest Highway, Not far from Verdugo Hills Hospital).

Goof: When Crews and his new partner are in the trailer talking with Flower's partner from the robbery, his partner says that in order for him to go out with someone they have to be half his age minus three years. then he says that he is forty. this would mean that his "Honey Pot" is seventeen and that would be illegal since she would be underage.
Goof: When Charlie is interrogating John, he locks the door after Jane leaves. When Charlie goes to leave the room at the end of the scene, he opens the door without unlocking it.
When Dani and Crewes are looking around the desk of the first murder victim, Crewes finds the victim's business card. The word financial is spelled wrong on the card, on the card it is spelled finacial.
In this episode Sarah Shahi, who plays Dani Reese had to stop vigorous work due to being pregnant. So she is often shown behind a table or from the front, with no side shots.
The actress who played Amanda Puryer (woman in a black dress) is Helen McCrory, Damian Lewis's (Crews) wife in a real life.
Goof: When Charlie says that he does not believe in the future, Dani is holding a pen which changes from a fancy black one when the camera is facing her to a basic clear ballpoint pen when the camera is behind her. This happens several times throughout the conversation.
When Reese and Crews are sitting at their desks, the outside shot of both Reese and Crews, Reese is shown to be holding a pen in her right hand. When the camera angle changes to focus on Crews, she is holding a different pen. The original pen returns when the camera angle changes to focus on Reese.
When Crews was refilling the cartridge with black powder he scooped some uncertain amount of the powder and then pressed it in. The amount of the powder in the cartridge should be very precise otherwise the bullet might not fly far enough or it might even explode in the chamber.
