Lights Out

Ed Romeo continues to train Lights in his unorthodox but effective manner. Lights feels in the best shape of his life, but Romeo's constant distain for his Father, Brother and sister wears on him.

Robert thinks his son should quit boxing so Lights turns to another trainer, Ed Romeo. Pat's daughter Ava wants to go to the prom, but her mother has concerns. The family takes exception to the introduction of an outsider into Pat's boxing career.

The day before his birthday, Patrick "lights" Leary tries to reach a young fighter, who's only interest, is getting a shot at becoming the heavyweight champion. As Leary's brother Johnny tells him, a title fight would bring in enough revenue to save the gym, which is nearly bankrupt. The decision to train the fighter or not, plus trouble with his daughters at home, cause the day to be extremely stressful for Lights.
