    • QUOTES (1)

      • Pop: (to Bobby) Bobby tell them (Tanya and Maddie) what you learned today.
Bobby: (to Maddie and Tanya) A man should treat every woman like a princess.
        Tanya and Maddie together: Awww.
Pop: (to Bobby) You see that. You say crap like that and they leave you alone.
Bobby: (to Pop) Mom's smiling but I don't think she's happy.
Pop: (to Bobby) That's a good instinct Bobby.
Bobby: (to Tanya) Mom, why... (Pop interrupts him)
Pop: (whispering to Bobby) Are you trying to get us all killed?
Maddie: (to Pop about her sculpture) Hey, look. I threw this in pottery class.
Pop: (to Maddie) You didn't throw it far enough.
Keith: (to Ed in basement) What do you think you're here? This is my spot.
Ed: (to Keith) This is my house, every spot is my spot.
Ed: (to Keith) You sit in that chair and it'll be the last pleasant moment your butt will ever have.
Tanya: (to Ed in bed) Ed are you asleep?
        Ed: (to Tanya) Deeply.
Bobby: (to everyone) I knew I smelled pizza. Now Bobby Mddie and your mama are going at it like Ike and Tina upstairs and look at your daddy being down here in the basement like a coward (to Ed) Couldn't be more proud of you son.

      • No guest-stars in this episode.

      • It's easy to see that in this episode many aspects of the shows pilot has changed (particularly the sets). That's because the pilot was filmed many months before it was picked up and things have changed a lot (including the writing and direction) in the show.
