This episode was great and started off with Iris upset about her failed marriage because her husband was badly disfigured during the war and her feeling guilty as they could not consummate there marriage and they could never have children. She felt upset as she thought everyone was talking her failed marriage and wondering why it did not work out.
Ruby did not have very much to do in this episode she just made her some corsets for Mrs Dodd the sergeants Wife and the new corsets meant Mrs Dodd and her husband had sex for the first time in ages so she brought 3 more corsets from Ruby This was a very May centric episode as Mrs Brazendale went off to a spa to settle her "nerves" May and Mr Brazendale went out for tea where they saw a photographer who recognised may from her cherry ripe performance and asked to take photos of her. When May was at his house he drugged her and took topless video of her,
Mr Brazendale came to save her and took her home where they had a sexual affair. Mr Brazendale brought some pearls for May but he didn’t get to give them to her as Mrs Brazendale came home early and so he gave them to her.
May was upset and hurt by this and so quit her job and left Mr Brazendale with his wifemoreless
May gets her hopes up after posing for some photographs but things begin to get out of hand. Dadda fears the Orange parade will be a complete disaster.
