Jumba's belly button appears when he yells "run" then it disappears when he is running.
In the Captions, Bonnie was called "Barney".
Jumba was not affected by the pin shot that much, compared to the effect it had on Stitch.
When all the experiments are fighting you can see Yaarp hiding under the couch.
When the table was thrown toward Pleakley, it missed him. However, it still landed in front of him despite its trajectory.
Mertle: Jeez Weirdlo, I didn't know you could be outsmarted by a dog.
Stitch: Come back shiny!
Nosy: I'm not gonna cry. I'm not gonna cry. I'm not gonna cry. (Fibber beeps. Nosy cries)
Mertle: For every action, there is an equal and opposite... Teresa: Bucket of monkeys! Mertle: Bucket of monkeys.
Jumba: [looking at an odd sea creature] Is reminding me of ex-wife...before facelift.
Lilo: I wish someone smarter than me was playing. Pleakley: Don't you worry. I stood up all night studying the difference between Argyle and Gargoyle! Lilo: We're doomed.
Lilo: Let the King's music heal you!
Nosy: I should be taking notes! This is great stuff!
Lilo: Wow. That's a huge bandage.
Lilo: We need alien geniuses on our team. Jumba: Then why is Pleakley here? Pleakley: Hey!
(after somebody throws a table) Pleakley: Hey! That was supposed to be a chair!
Pleakley: Has it ever occurred to you that there might be a better way to turn evil experiments to good? Jumba: Better than untested hazardous technology? Impossible, no such thing exists. Pleakley: Well Mr. I'm such a super genius I think I know everything and never give my roommate any credit even when he's right especially about wearing white after Labor day
Bonnie: Heh, I've got something to say about myself. I'm bored! I'm too smart for this stuff! [Fibber beeps, Clyde picks up Bonnie with his cybernetic arm] Clyde: If you're so smart Bonnie, how come we ended up in the slammer? Bonnie: Oh, can it, Clyde! It was your fault we got nabbed in the first place! [Fibber beeps]

B: Miscellaneous Notes --> Squeak (Experiment 110) was not evil by default, as with some other experiments, he was just annoying. --> Lilo sounds a little bit older than last season (EDIT: Daveigh Chase, Lilo's VA, is now 14, hence the alteration of her voice.) --> This marks the first time in the series for one of the Hula Girls to be apart from the others.

Lilo & Stitch (The Movie) One of the scenes from the first movie is re-enacted (Jumba stuffing things into his mouth in anger, as he did with a newspaper headlining his imprisonment).
Oprah Winfrey & Dr. Phil Pleakley says he's been watching Dr. Oprah. This is an obvious reference to Oprah Winfrey. Throughout the episode, Pleakley mentions "doing things just like Dr. Oprah" and even holds a session with a bunch of the other experiments to share their feelings. Everyone even breaks out crying, much as many of the people do on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
Looney Tunes Squeak is based on the loony tunes character little sneezer, who would also talk on and on about nothing.
Jerry Springer Pleakley says that people solve their problems by sitting in a circle, hugging, crying, and throwing chairs. This was possibly a reference to Jerry Springer
