Just when Obsession had me wondering how they'd keep doing cop/family stories, they do this episode revolving around Eddie's inability to tell his family about undercover investigations - even when one of those investigations might be putting Cassie in danger. The LH PD has just placed a cop undercover at Cassie's school as a fellow student, and she's become attracted to him! This creates a conflict, not just with Eddie, but with Charles who suddenly finds himself the third wheel. Really clever story, and another really emotional episode. Don't miss it!moreless

Lizzie is has put herself in a situation where she broke a promise to a friend, and may have ruined her slumber party. Cassie wants to go to a party that her father knows she does not need to attend, but she defies her parents and goes anyway, eventually finding out her father was right, and she has to acknowledge that her parents have her best interest at heart, even though she wants to be able to make her own decisions. An undercover cop has a crush on Cassie, but is told by father to stay away. During the drug shake down, when Eddie tackles the undercover cop, and makes it known that he is to stay away from Cassie, I could not help but chuckle at how protective this man is of his children. Wonderful quality to see in a father.

I’m enjoying this show immensely. I’m enjoying the acting, the situations the family is dealing with, and most of all I like the interaction between husband and wife. The love they share with each other and the family, and being able to see a positive family defying the odds and doing positive things. Excellent show, and I hope we get more then one season of the show.moreless
