Episode Summary

The Suttons regroup after the earthquake and deal with its many complications. Not least is the news that the death of Charles' stepfather may be ruled a murder, whether the family will stay in their home and Tay's sudden illness.

First episode of the new season and it seems that the writers have changed their minds about Charles. He has always been such a good guy and has had Cassie's best interest at heart. All of a sudden, he has a criminal past and he is strongly encouraging, almost threatening, her to lie about what happened. This is not the Charles that we have come to know and love. Then Eddie's partner is just gone, as noted on screen he moved out of the Heights to heal from his injuries. This was a nice interaction for Eddie and his family to have Lund around. I am not sure what the writer's have in mind for the new season, but as is I am not liking it so far.moreless
