Percival: I just don't believe you. Doc Baker put you on a strict diet, and what do you do? You totally ignore it! Why?
Nellie: (with her mouth full) I don't know, my love.
Percival: What did you say?
Nellie: (swallows) I said I don't know, my love.
Percival: Well, I know. You don't care. You just don't care how much weight you gain!
Nellie: I do care. But I'm hungry, and the baby's hungry. Half of what I eat is for the baby.
Percival: Now, that's nonsense! That baby is going to weigh about seven pounds, and at the rate you're going, you're going to gain fifty pounds. Seven is not half of fifty! And what are you eating? Ice cream, pickles, pickles with whipped cream, no less!
