    "Mediocre"
Once again, the character of Johnny Johnson is in Walnut Grove. This time, he wants to take a long trip and see the world with little knowledge of who or what is really out there.

Once Johnny's mind is made up, there is no disuading him so Mr. Edwards decides to make the trip with him. Partly, it seems, to protect him from all the things he THINKS he already knows!

The travelling is enjoyable until Johnny meets an unscrupulous female who has designs that do not suit Mr. Edwards, who is determined to get Johnny to return home again. With the help of the girl, Johnny decides that home really is where the heart is.

This was an incredibly boring episode in my opinion. I have no problem with Mitch Vogel, but, for some reason, the character of Johnny Johnson drives me crazy, no matter how many times he appears on the show. Perhaps my dislike of the character coloured my enjoyment of the episode, but I certainly didn't like it much although it is always great to see Victor French do a stint as Mr. Edwards!moreless
