The Giants and the Yankees were the dominant teams in baseball when this film was made, the Giants winning the NL pennant four years straight from 1921 to 1924 and the Yankees from 1921 to 1923. The Giants beat the Yankees in the World Series in 1921 and 1922, while Yankees answered back in 1923.
