  • One of the best episodes for the cartoon

Android Lloyd is probably the greatest episode of season one and of course a strong candidate in my opinion as one of the top five episodes of the whole cartoon. Here we have Lloyd similar to many other teenagers dissatisfied with how his life is going. His mother wants him to be more responsible, but he would rather have fun at his age instead of doing chores all the team. His teacher expects so much work from him. I found it ironic that if Lloyd is still in junior high school, that the course work is so difficult. The math and essay both seemed well above freshman college level or any under grad lol Anyways, Lloyd orders a replica of himself to disguise and fool everyone into thinking that it is really him. Overtime, the robot gains friends, as it works harder than Lloyd and is more optimistic than Lloyd. Similar to many episodes if not all of this cartoon, Lloyd at the near end learns that he has made a mistake and should try to resolve it. So, Lloyd and the robot of himself become friends at the end. The robot then propels with rocket shoes and says goodbye to Lloyd, before he leaves to another planet. In all, I was impressed with this episode. The cartoon has some good episodes such as this and the Sleep Over one, but other episodes that are just horrible, but the great episodes make me like the show. It still beats watching some of the garbage on TV nowadays.moreless
