Lex Luthor, as portrayed by John Shea, was the only good villain L&C had. Everyone else was either unformidable or too campy.

Honestly, I didn't really enjoy any of L&C's villains... Lex always bugged me for some reason. I actually usually skip past his scenes when watching my dvds. She kinda bugged me too, but I think that Mindy Church was actually pretty formidable. She didn't last as long as Lex, but was good while she lasted.

Lex is awesome, John Shea did a great job.
Mindy Church is my favourite female villain.
    I also love Tempus.

Well, who doesn't love Tempus? And I'd like Bill Jr. just because he's played by Bruce Campbell!

John Shea's version of Lex Luthor was excellent but I'll always love Tempus for his crazed approach to life. They both got a lot of great lines. Mindy Church and The Prankster were okay as well.

oh i just loved them all

but i agree, i don't like Lex bald.. how could they have got him that clean cut with just scissors? lol

tempus was really funny but still pretty evil and mindy church was pretty dumb but nearly killed superman! so she got pretty close to doing what every villain wanted to do.. but then tempus put kryptonite next to baby superman, nearly killing him.. and lex locked supes up in a kyptonite cage.. ok i call a draw

But Mindy wasn't dumb. That's her entire purpose. She comes off as blonde all the way thru, noone ever really takes her seriously, hence she can get away with just about anything, without having anyone suspecting/noticing her, the blonde pretty little thing getting mixed up in/married in to the whole organized crime stuff. She is so guilty, yet seemingly obviously innocent. It's just about perfect. And that is why I love her

if you think that was too fake you should have seen the peacekeeper ( i think that was his name, the guy who came to get tempus from the looney bin) in diagnosis murder. that was AAAAWWFULLL

It takes a blonde to figure another blonde out for another blonde...like....yes... This is gonna change your opinion on her completely aint it? As a blonde it's very entertaining watching a blonde doing such a good job at hiding her inner brunette.
