Nitpick: Lois has a brown belt in Tae Kwan Do, so why does she hold off attacking Nurse Heidi from behind until she discovers a loose brick? Surely she could take Heidi using her martial arts ability, from behind and with surprise!
Nitpick: When Clark reveals his identity to Spencer Spencer and tries to use his heat vision on the candle as proof, his heat vision is weakened by nearby Kryptonite. But this shouldn't be so, since it's inside a lead box.
Even though Spencer Spencer, the Doctor, and Heidi are dead, there is at least one guard still alive who potentially knows Clark's secret.
Lois: (when Clark teases her about not wanting to go on vacation with him) Hold it, hold it! I'm not the one leaping off tall buildings at every distant SOS.
Clark: Wait, wait, what are you saying?
Lois: I'm saying I don't think you can let the world get by on its own for two whole days.
Clark: Oh, and you'd rather write about other peoples' lives 'cause it's less dangerous than living one of your own.
Lois: Oh, yeah?
Clark: Yeah.
Spencer Spencer: You know, I was gonna kill you for all that crap you wrote about me, but I thought you might prefer an exciting career opportunity.
Lois: What do you mean?
Spencer Spencer: You can be my sex slave.
Lois: Kill me.
Spencer Spencer: I know, I know, the body. Maybe I shouldn't hide it in a box, maybe you imagine it worse than it is.
Lois: Maybe.
Spencer Spencer: You couldn't imagine worse than this!! My only chance at girls like you is shootin' 'em up with cobra venom, and then it's iffy!!
Spencer Spencer: I'm gettin' a body transplant! You think I can't pull off a piece of Kryptonite?! Cash and connections, Doc! Without 'em I'm just a head with a dream!
Frankenstein: Dr Pescado's surgery, with the bubbing retorts and the Jacob's Ladder arcing electricity from one rod to the other is meant to bring to mind the monster movie, Boris Karloff's Frankenstein. Nurse Heidi seems to be a nod to an other comic movie, Mel Brooks' spoof Young Frankenstein, which starred Chloris Leachman as Frau Blucher, the assistant to Gene Wilder's Frankenstein.
