  • Hunting Season, Thy Name is Fudd

Of all the Looney Tunes cartoons starring Elmer Fudd as a hunter, this episode is definitely hilarious. Electro J. Fudd is the descendent of the bumbling bald hunter. His main goal was to capture Ace Bunny, like Elmer wants to catch Bugs Bunny. However his goal changed to hunt down Danger Duck, similar to when Elmer tries to catch Daffy Duck. Anyway, Electro used the robot Massive as a decoy to lure Ace, Duck, and the Loonatics into his trap. But he failed to catch Ace, so he focuses on capturing Duck instead. Secretly, he's been working for Otto the Odd this whole time. Otto was about to turn Duck into a statue for being the world's greatest screw-up hero of all time. He also wanted to freeze Electro J. Fudd as well. As they temporarily worked together, they managed to fool Otto long enough for the other Loonatics to find them.

I must say this episode is definitely funny. There is another Looney Tunes descendent based on their appearance, attitude, and voice. They've done Foghorn Leghorn, Yosemite Sam, Pepe Le Pew, Gossamer, Tweety, Sylvester, Granny, Shropshire Slasher and his mother, and now Elmer Fudd. The only Looney Tunes characters left to have futuristic sucessors are Marvin the Martian, Porky Pig, Spedy Gonzales, Witch Hazel, Hubie & Bertie, the Goofy Gophers, and maybe Sniffles the Mouse. Also, this marks the second time the original villains from the first season associated with a new villainous Looney Tunes descendent since Cape Duck.moreless
