Dead Lucky was a perfect episode of Lost Girl and it was very entertaining watching as Bo and Kenzi track down a body jumping Fae who ripped off an important Dark Fae Bookie. I think by this episode it is safe to say that the music for the series is awesome and well chosen. It was great watching Bo and Dyson interact under their new agreement. This was a fun story which in the end leads to some shreds of information about Bo's mother. I look forward to finding out more and watching the next episode!!!!!!!!!moreless
  • The sub plot thickens!

In addition to a relatively positive experience with the dark Fae when all is said and done, this outing Bo may have had a rather disturbing insight into her parentage; specifically her mother.

All may not be well or particularly safe in Bo's future, and she may be the subject of a battle between the sides. Who knows, but good possibilities. Whatever is to come, it looks messy!

As for this episode, as far as supernatural powers go, I don't think my choice would be that of body hopping. Though the "wave" effect in the morgue was an interesting touch, it is a very round about way of staying ahead of the game; or of Bo as the case may be.

Good thing for Bo that Dyson was there again, and his animal strength (what is that exactly? Werewolf?) saved the day...or at least hers.

And Kenzie and Dyson may have come to an understanding about the fact that they are both on Bo's side...shades of Blood Ties...**heavy sigh**moreless
  • Lucky or not, your grandson kicked you in the balls, oldbag!!!

Swapping bodies and fooling enemies. This was the second time Bo's responsibilities influenced another sort of pact between the Light and the Dark Fae groups (though it was small & secret).

That young lady that could read people's past & future. It was amazing on how they managed to show a woman running in the shadows through her memories. I remember as she stated, "fate has some major plans for you" while she was bleeding blood from her nose.

I just can't believe the similarity this show is to the "supernatural" TV show. Sam & Dean wouldn't have a problem taking care of themselves in this show.moreless
