Midnight Lamp was a superb and very entertaining episode of Lost Girl and I really enjoyed watching this episode because the story was good, the character development was intriguing, and there were many revelations made. I liked the Jinn and the music box was a neat exploration of vessels used to trap them. It was great to see the Norn again, as Dyson questioned her about what she did to him. Bo finds a new guy interest while working for the Ash, and it leads to a grey area. I certainly look forward to watching the next episode and to see Kenzi!!!!!!!!!moreless

Worth the wait!

I loved this episode - not only did we get an explanation about what the Norn did to Dyson, but Bo got to have a little fun (she deserves it! neither Lauren nor Dyson have been that great to her, and they both have and cause a lot of baggage!). Loved the chemistry between her and the dark fae - she needed to hear these things. She had to see Dyson with Ciara, Lauren with her girlfriend, even Kenzi...and nobody really acknowledged how much Bo had sacrificed (in part because she had to keep the whole nail bit a secret!). So I thought it was really refreshing and great.

I loved seeing NCIS Director Sheppard as a genie (she was great!). Reeeeally love the relationship between Bo and the Ashe - the mutual respect going on there - and CAN'T WAIT TO SEE KENZI. That's my only complaint about this episode - she was missing! hopefully not for long though. All in all, really solid, helped tie up a few things.

Was it just me or did Dyson look mighty unhappy that Bo popped out of the lamp with her 'new friend'? Maybe he can't love her...but I have a feeling he doesn't really want to see her with someone else either.moreless

Good episode !

The ash sends bo out to find a genie and put her in a 'lamp' only the maker of the lamp insists on going along,

the lamp is dropped and bo, the loki and the genie are trapped inside

trick dyson and hare discuss the garuda, and dyson seeks out the norn once again for a reason as to why he cannot love kiara.

kiara calls on dyson at the dahl and he tells her queue sad face !

bo succeeds on making her mark on the genie and they escape and the ash accepts bo's propsal for teaming up...

then bo does some 'healing fun' with the loki who turns out to be dark fae ?!!! oooh burned !
