Episode Summary

Bo's gets a lead on information about her mother. The trail goes cold with Lou Ann, a death row inmate claiming not to know anything at all. Desperate to prove otherwise, and convinced Lou Ann is innocent, Bo uses all her Fae connections to attempt to spring her from jail. When she is forced to admit defeat, Bo's decides to find Vex, the Fae that framed Lou Ann, and make him pay.

  • Is it just me?

Is it just me - or was there a DRASTIC change in Anna Silk's appearance from ArachnoFaebia to Vexed? - Was there a break in shooting? Or did she and Zoie go on a crash diet? (they both look 15 pounds lighter)

Or maybe my TV is finally flipping out from the strain of overuse.
  • Vexed

Vexed was a great episode of Lost Girl and I really enjoyed watching this episode as Bo confronted both the Light and Dark Fae in order to save a Fae who is innocent but going to jail under Human laws. It was very interesting to see the various interactions and how every thing played out. Bo thought she could learn more about her mother. Over all this was an entertaining episode with some action, drama and intrigue. I look forward to watching the next episode!!!!!moreless
  • Pushed the envelope in all the right directions...

...and in exactly the right ways.

This was the best episode yet. It set the season climax in motion, it clarified the relationships between all the fae for the viewer and it helped clarify the relationships within the fae for Bo.

And rather than bringing her closer to the choice they all want her to make, she is going to continue to fight for the life she wants for herself. Interesting that though light and dark keep telling her she has no protection if she doesn't pick a side, it seems to me that she has made, if not friends on both sides, at least contacts who respect her and her actions. And it seems to me that she will benefit from that in the end.

I was glad to see the doctor shown up for the weakling puppet that she is, but also for Dyson, who in two simple words, showed Bo who he really is to her and what she means to him. Not that the opener shouldn't have made THAT abundantly clear! Dang!

The funkier this show gets, the better it becomes. Bring on the rest of this season, and bring on season two.moreless
