When the people onthe plane landed wherever they landed:

How did they explain Richard Alpert from the Black Rock?

    Did Kate go to jail?

How did Claire and Aaron get along?

How did they explain Claire being alive. They said she was dead in the first crash?

He was already shown to be active in the world off the island so he likely developed an identity there.

No, she was basically acquitted of all charges when she first returned home to the mainland.

Meh.. Come up with a convincing cover story in that they thought she was dead.

These aren't really mysteries, just the kind of questions you can ask after the conclusion of ANY movie.

    For example:

    - After the fall of the Empire, what was the new government and who ran it after Return of the Jedi?

    - What the hell was up with that space fetus at the end of 2001?

    - Is Harry Potter gay I haven't read the books, so no spoilers!

Hmm, I think I'm getting off track.
