In the flash-sideways, Jin shoots Mikhail in the eye, the same eye he wore the patch on on the Island.
Many fans misheard Keamy say to Jin in the flash-sideways timeline as: "I'm gonna strap you in here. Just in case you figure out what's about to happen to the Island, I can't have you freaking out." The line is actually: "Just in case you figure out what's about to happen to you." This has been confirmed by the ABC episode recap and by Jorge Garcia and Bethany Shady from the Geronimo Jack's Beard podcast on their Facebook page.
When Widmore hands Sun's camera to Jin, Widmore says, "Turn it on," and the sound of the lens protruding from the camera is heard, although the lens was already protruding, indicating the camera was already turned on.
When Keamy asks Sun to sit down on the bed, he is shown placing his left hand on her right shoulder. As the shot changes to behind Keamy, he is using his right hand on her right shoulder.
95% of the people have left-brain dominance (doesn't matter if you are left or right handed), so the main language is located there and the secondary ones are located on the right brain. So, unless Sun is right-brain hemisphere dominant or learned English first (or hit the right side, like she did in the chase scene), she should speak English and be unable to speak Korean, since she is BLEEDING from her left side of the head.
In the scene when Locke is chasing Sun, we can see she turns her head to the left and hit the branch with her right side. But later when Ben finds her she is bleeding from her left side.
The Numbers:
Jin in being kept in room 23.
Jin and Sun stay on the 8th floor of the hotel.
Jin is placed in room 8'42, separate from Sun.
When Sayid removes the tape off of Jin's mouth in the flash-sideways, he reaches to remove the tape from right to left, but the cut to Jin shows Sayid removing the tape from the left.
The map Zoe shows Jin does not look like previous maps of the Island.
This is the first time Sayid and Desmond have seen each other since Sayid left the Searcher in "There's No Place Like Home, Parts 2 & 3", a 27-episode gap.
Ilana changed clothes for the first time since arriving on the Island. Same for Sun and Ben who have their first clothes change since arriving back on the Island.
Locke: We're taking a boat ride to the other island.
Sawyer: What do you need a boat for? Can't you just turn into smoke and fly your ass over the water?
Locke: Do you think if I could do that I'd still be on this island?
Sawyer: No, 'cause that'd be ridiculous.
Ilana: Hugo will find him. He will track him down and bring him back.
Miles: Unless Alpert's covered in bacon grease, I'm not sure Hurley can track anything...
Lapidus: Hey, don't talk about bacon.
Andrew Divoff (Mikhail) appears for the first time since "Through the Looking Glass, Part 2", an absence of 41 episodes.
All credited main cast members appeared in this episode - the first time since the Season 4 finale - making it a 27-episode gap.
Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond), though without lines, makes his first appearance since "LA X, Part 1", an absence of 8 episodes.
Also, Desmond appears for the first time in the original timeline since "The Variable" and on the Island for the first time since "The Economist", a 38-episode gap.

Bonanza: Sawyer calls Jin "Hoss". Eric "Hoss" Cartwright was a big man, the warm and lovable middle son of Ben Cartwright in this TV cowboy show that aired from 1959 to 1973.
Godzilla: Keamy comments, "I feel like I'm in a Godzilla movie," when speaking with Jin and Sun, both of whom can only speak Korean.
