Episode Summary

EDIT
Art's cousin Andrew faces charges of murder. As the young man suffers from a personality disorder, there is some confusion about what he should plead in court: innocence or temporary insanity. At first the Tribune does not spend much attention to the case, partly out of loyalty to Art. But as the other papers start to cover it, the Trib is forced to do so as well, much to the dismay of Art. He believes the details of the murder will incite the local community, making it necessary for the D.A. to go for murder one.moreless

      • Art: Andrew gets shafted because he has the bad grace to have a cousin who works for The Trib.
Charlie: Andrew is in trouble now because of what he did.
Art: Oh, I see. The Trib is trying Andrew now and convicting him. I didn't know that was the newspaper's job.
Charlie: Well, it sure as hell isn't the job to protect him.
