  • Trivia

  • Quotes

    • Lou: You're sure looking spry.
Rupert Hume: Spry? That's a word they use for old men. You never hear them call a young person spry.
      Lou: Frisky, then.
Rupert Hume: I don't feel that good...

    • Rupert Hume: What did he call you?
      Animal: Animal.
Rupert Hume: Why would you let him do that?
Animal: I don't like my real name. Dennis.
Rupert Hume: That's not so bad. Mine's Rupert.
      (Animal bursts out laughing.)

    • Art: When you're a kid, there's something funny about bald heads. I've grown out of that.
      Lou: (sighs) Me too.

  • Notes

    • Charles Lane has one of the most impressive supporting actor resumes in movie history, appearing in over 250 movies, including 'It's A Wonderful Life', 'Mr. Smith Goes To Washington', 'You Can't Take It With You',  and 'Arsenic And Old Lace' to name just a few. He was also all over television, appearing in numerous shows including 'I Love Lucy', 'The Affairs Of Dobie Gillis', 'Dennis The Menace', 'The Twilight Zone', 'Mister Ed', 'Petticoat Junction', 'Bewitched'... on and on. Google him. It's insane.
