  • I am really excited about where this series will go. I have not laughed this hard in a very long time.

First let me say, GREAT! I love how this series uses slang from the hood. It is these common situation that make the jokes that much funnier. I enjoyed this episode the best. You got me hooked. Keep them coming. As a kid who grew up p in Harlem this episode brought back memories.
  • Very funny episode.

I liked this episode a lot. Kim gets her purse stolen by a mugger, but manages to get the mugger's wallet. After she goes to the mugger's house and trades the wallet for her purse back, she finds out her keys are missing. Rather than change the locks, the super removes the entire door, but takes a long time bringing in the replacement door.

Also, the hide and seek scene, lifted straight from Louis CK's standup, was really hilarious. The little girl playing the daughter is very funny and, unlike most child actors, not annoying at all.moreless
  • Kim gets mugged.

This was a pretty bad episode, even by the standards of this show. First of all, I did not need to see the neighbor's penis just pop out on screen like that.

Secondly, I find it to be completely unrealistic that any building superintendent would leave a tenant's apartment without a door of any kind overnight, leaving himself vulnerable to all kinds of lawsuits. Also, if it was known that the mugger had her keys and knew her home address, wouldn't someone think to call the police and inform them so they could stop the potential crime?

I'm not sure I will continue to watch this show.moreless
  • The show had a great start, but this has been the worst episode yet.

This episode did not match my expectations at all. The first two episodes were just great, something different in the american TV, probably because of the many swearings and sexually influenced storylines.

I mean, the idea of her getting mugged is fine, but the realisation was kind of poor. I only had two laughters, the rest bored me to hell. I was even about to switch off the TV, but then again I thought that it must get better later on.

It did not, so only (almost) 3 points for this episode.

I really have to think about continuing watching this show...moreless
