Mad Men: Ranking seasons 1-4

I have just finished watching season 4 and I think it's the best season yet!

Ranking the four:

#1: Season 4

I think this is the most intimate season yet with rich character development and it was a perfect development from season 3.

#2: Season 1

I finished the whole season in 1 sitting. It was absorbing and the reason why this cable show has found its way to millions of viewers.

#3: Season 3

Mad Men almost lost me halfway through the second season and I have delayed on watching this season but from the 5th or 6th episode, it just got better and better.

#2: Season 2

This season was just a blur. I hardly remember anything that happened this season.

Four was incredibly strong throughout and put out the the best episode to date in my opinion(The Suitcase), but it's final episodes declined a bit in quality and the season finale just wasn't up to snuff in my opinion, though it did have a few great scenes. Plus I hate the look of the new office. So for me its,

3-A great season all around and the final three episodes are my favorite run in the entire series.

4-Mainly for The Suitcase, The Summer Man, and The Beautiful Girls, that run of episodes almost rivals the one in season three I mentioned.

1-This one rotates with season four depending on which I've watched most recently. There's several brilliant episodes throughout and The Wheel is high on my list of favorites.

2-There are no bad seasons of Mad Men in my opinion(so far), two was just my least favorite.

I think "Mad Men" has been growing and getting better as it moves along. 4, 3, 2, 1.

I would say 3 and 4 are in same level.

after that season 1 then season 2.

For me each season just builds upon the last to create a fantastically complex drama.

1st - Season 3 and Season 4

3rd - Season 2

4th - Season 1

I second that.

I think that season 5 should between the 3/4 and the 2/1, because it wasn't as good as the 3/4, but it was better than 1/2.
