Roger is the over indulgence candidate. While his wife is away for the long weekend, he woos and beds a young lady just hired for a new ad-campaign. ANd then he has a heart attack. As he lies in the hospital bed he laments all the bad that has precipitated this ailment. Of course he was over indulging physically with said woman.
In other developments, Don finds out that an account has been lost and he has a private tirade. He's also able to sell an idea to his department store client by being brutally honest.
These things lead to a final scene with Rachael where we see some of his insecurites manifested. As stoic as he can be, he is sensitive.
In other storylines, Joan is told that she can do better man-wise and Peggy finally confronts Campbell and tells him off. It is certainly leading up to some issues coming to a head as thie freshman season winds down.
