There were at least two mistakes on the subtitle track on the version of this episode available on DVD: "chocolate" spelled once as "choclate" and "didn't" inocorrectly punctuated as "didn,t."
Yvette: Today I modeled for Monsieur Peek-a-boo. I was formidable.
Narrator: Yvette now showed off more and more. She had become an awful bore.
Madeline: Pepito, that is a mean, nasty, horrible idea.
All the girls, including Madeline: It is perfect!
Narrator: Yvette took her mirror and slid it on the floor and that's all there is, there isn't any more.
Monsieur Peekaboo is a representation of Picasso, the renowned cubist painter. Also, while James Joyce was pretty much exactly as he really was, Ernest Hammonrye was a representation of Ernest Hemmingway, and didn't look anything like the real writer.
Judy Rothman is credited as Judy Rothman Rofé.
