      • Maggie: Buffy, what is taking so long? I called Len from the motel. I told him we'd be home in two hours.
Buffy: Well, now, why would you tell him two hours when it took us three hours to get there?
Maggie: It took us three hours to get there because you took a wrong turn, and we were lost for an hour. You wouldn't take the same wrong turn going home. Would you?
Buffy: Of course! Hate driving on a strange road.

      • Buffy: Oh, Maggie. You're going to walk through that door, and you're going to tell your family you've got goals, you're productive, and your consciousness level has been raised to new heights, and you know what they're going to say to you?
Maggie: "What did you bring me?"

      • Len: Hey, look, nobody is [more] sick about it than I am. But when you're an assistant principal, you have to attend all the school functions to lend a certain air of dignity and decorum to the event.
Loretta: Are they going to throw baseballs at your face again, and dump you in a tank of water?

      • Maggie: Oh, what am I doing? This is probably the dumbest thing I've done in my life. I don't have time for a time management seminar.

      • Buffy: You came to the banquet of life, and you pigged out. You even look different.
Maggie: That's because I only got one hour of sleep the whole weekend.
Buffy: I thought Dr. Holzman's talk on filling pockets of silence with junk conversation was inspired. And when he read that Edgar Guest poem with the Jim Nabors' recording of "Climb Every Mountain" in the background, didn't you just get goosebumps?
Maggie: No. That's when I got the one hour of sleep.
