Later, at Geoffrey's funeral, the final shot of the scene, where Magnum goes over to Penelope and leads her away, is also reversed back-to-front, evident by the buttons and collar on his over-coat.
In the scene where Magnum arrives to see Geoffrey, only for Penelope to tell him that Geoffrey has been killed, several shots of him are evidentially reversed back-to-front – if you look carefully, the button-holes on his jacket have jumped sides.

With the arrival of the sixth season, many of the shots on the opening credits are updated, replacing many previous ones with shots from fourth and fifth season episodes (including new shots used with the credits for John Hillerman, Roger E. Mosley and Larry Manetti; Tom Selleck's remains the same). One further shot would be updated on these new opening credits from "The Kona Winds" three episodes later.
