Flynn and Provenza accidentally stumble on a murder case while Christmas shopping and the murder takes a strange twist. The murder victim is Vince Massey and certain items of his is missing by the way of a laptop, the suspect they apprehend is basically someone who is down on his luck. Meanwhile the murder victim's son has arrived and waiting to be picked from the airport and when they bring him back him to HQ, they have to notify him that his father has been murdered. So with the help from the son to find out who killed his father, he supplies them with the computer account details (Vince Massey was a baseball scout always on the look for new talent). They come across someone interesting on the footage and also find the victim's RV, the actual place where the murder took place, suspect Fowler's only gripe at the game was that Massey wasn't paying any attention to his kid. Massey was filming this young kid Reed Downy and this is where it takes a strange twist. When they pull up the footage from Massey, his son recognizes something about the other kid, Reed Downy isn't really who he says he is. His real name is Rory Brooks who was abducted at age 6 and Massey's son knows all about the case from all those years ago. As it turns out Rory's father was murdered when he was 6 and the story that Rory was told is that his parents didn't want him anymore. So Luke who took Rory shot his father and made up that lie and also he was having an affair with Rory's mother while Mark the real father was serving in Iraq, so he did murder two people. Despite what problems Mark had after coming back from Iraq doesn't mean you murder the guy, earlier Sharon was trying to get a little information from Doctor Joe about Rusty's evaluation, but she never really got anywhere. So the evaluation about Rusty should come very soon, but in the mean time he still has to stay with Sharon (at least Rusty will have one great Christmas). Another Fantastic Episode and Great Directing By Jon Tenney.
