So Tyler Allen was cruisin' the Dude Ranch which is a gay online website where you can hook up with fellow gay guys supposedly anonymously. But he decided to take it one step further by handcuffing them and robbing these guys for money, drugs and whatever he could get. Until he comes across Dr Edwards and his sister, so he blew her face off with the stolen gun and then went upstairs to finish Edwards, (Very Well Written). Then we come back to Rusty and this mysterious letter which was sent to DCS and Rios wants to put Rusty in protective custody. Which i think is a bad idea knowing he is much more safer staying where he is with Raydor and at the end we see someone writing another letter to Rusty (No Idea Who This Person Is). Fantastic Episode. Thumbs Up.moreless

    • Rusty: (about the police protection) So, what you're saying is, I'm grounded.
      Raydor: Till the trial.
Rusty: So, for the rest of my life. But, in the meantime... I live with you? For sure?
      Raydor: You do.
Rusty: Well, I'll deal, then. (gives up his car key and walks away)
Provenza: It doesn't do much good to say that he'll understand someday. But it's all I have.
Raydor: He doesn't need to understand. He needs to stay safe.

    • Raydor: Well, it's just while we wait until the lab results from the letter come back, if you don't mind.
Rusty: Well, you're asking me, so it sounds like I have a choice?
Raydor: (smirks) That would be misleading.

    • Rios: Good morning, Lieutenant.
      Provenza: Yeah.
Rios: (about the body) Is it--is it bad?
Provenza: Well, I've seen worse. Anyway, I was just going upstairs to the suicide. You're welcome to join me.
Rios: (walks up to the body) Well--well, maybe I should look. (shouts) Her face is missing, Lieutenant! You said--
Provenza: I said that I had seen worse, and I have!
      Flynn: He has.
