Now this was a great episode. Not only was the mystery interesting and twisty but I also cared about the guest star, which rarely happens in procedural shows with me, I actually teared up for her. And of course, the personal drama of Rusty's mom gave me another kick in the feels, as Rusty's hope and heart was crushed to shard. Ow. Ow.

    Very, very good episode.

I thought this was the best of the episodes we have had so far. 'We' is in Canada so we get everything nine days late! :) White the case was well done, what I enjoyed the most is the developing storyline of Capt. Raydor and Rusty. I think the program is beginning to stand on its own and away from the giant Brenda shadow. The feel around Major Crimes is changing in a way I like. Well done all around..moreless
  • Sharon Raydor touched my heart

A pretty good one. I do always like Mary McDonnell's acting as Cpt. Raydor and in this story I did appreciate to see Sharon's soft side. Those finally few minutes showing her and Rusty truly got me. At the moment Mary is definitely the reason for me to watch the show. More like this one.
  • Captain Rayder and Rusty storyline FTW

Honestly the interaction between Rusty and the members of MAjor Crime has been more interesting for me than the cases. There are no meaty storylines yet . Captain Ryder brings a lot more than I expected to MAjor Crimes. She's strong and dedicated and passionate about her strong beliefs. And she doesnt like to moan and carry on about things she cant save. I hope Rusty makes it. And whats up with Det Skyes. She's pretty good looking why dont they do more stores on her at the moment she's kinda one dimensional.

So far so good , I dont really have many shows I watch on TV these days so am sticking with it for now. .

    • Raydor: Rusty. Your mother is the one who's losing out here. Nothing she's done has a thing to do with you. I hope you know that.
Rusty: I thought she loved me. And letting go of that is what's hard.
Raydor: But holding on to someone when they're gone is even harder.

    • Dr. Tolson: Um, honestly, I don't know her very well. I-I'm not even sure I could pick her out in a crowd.
Sanchez: But she has your cell number, sir.
Dr. Tolson: All my residents do. Evidently, you don't know how a hospital works. Look, whoever called me down here could've asked me these questions over the phone.
Raydor: Evidently, you don't know how a police department works.
