  • Heads up - excellent episode!

The A-story is nothing special - not too hard to pick the perps out of the possibilities. But Major Crimes is good because of the B-story, and this week's example is a peach. Son by birth and prospective son by decree are not gelling, and when the confrontation finally comes out, Sharon puts in a stellar performance. This will be a pick for the weekly FTW list. Also, Rusty continues to show maturity beyond his years as he bears up under the unjust tweaks from Sharon's son. All around good fun!moreless

Okay, Sweet Revenge is a website that centers on revenge porn, which lets guy's post naked pictures of their ex lover's. The assistant found him dead this morning but has a solid alibi, and the lock on the door is a keypad and they wonder who had access to the code. Sykes reads off some letters that were on the bulletin board in his office, Provenza says all the angry letter writers are suspects. They also find an FBI warrant and wonder if they can hand it off to them, Provenza calls Agent Fritz Howard. Fritz says their investigation turned up a lot of money but couldn't turn up anything on theft or hacking and says the LAPD may have a better shot with the murder. The murder victim is Travis Hall, who ran the website and at the murder scene MC believe's it was a sniper shooting, but later they discover another bullet. Tao is still in the morgue, but says the findings don't align with sniper, there was a sniper shot but it wasn't the cause of death. The gun was point blank and they say the killer grabbed Hall's head and then shot up. Tao goes back to the crime scene and finds the slug in the ceiling. Sharon and Sanchez talked to a man, Mr. Price, whose wife send him personal photos, but they were stolen with his laptop and posted on the Sweet Revenge website. Kelly taught 9th grade and her son went to the same school, but even after intervening, people at the school and their son saw the photos. Kelly was given the chance to either resign or go in front of the school board. On the way home that day, she jumped from a bridge. Scott Ward was the associate of Travis Hall, the two major suspects MC have is Keith Price and his son Conner Price, suffice it to say Keith Price was the murderer. On the home front, Rusty is worried about meeting Sharon's son, Ricky, who isn't happy when he learns his mother can't escape work to have dinner. Ricky thinks Rusty is a hustler and a con artist taking advantage of Sharon and does not want her to adopt Rusty. Sharon tells Ricky she is so disappointed in him right now that she doesn't even know what to say. When she walks out, Ricky has some tears welling in his eyes. Ricky tells Sharon and Rusty they need to come to San Francisco to visit him and Rusty picks at him about him thinking everything is better than LA. Ricky says he has one question for him before he becomes the little brother he never wanted. He asks what family means to him. Rusty says it's the people in your life, you decided to love no matter what and the people that will love you back no matter what. Sharon says it sounds good, loving each other no matter what. Ricky says it's not bad and calls him brother then asks if he has questions for him, everything works out perfectly. Fritz asks Tao to keep a secret and he says even Brenda can't know it, he says he's taking a back exit and needs him to bring two aspirin and take him to the ER, because Fritz is having a heart attack. Fantastic Episode Again.moreless
