  • A nod to Law & Order?

I found this episode to be especially telling about the lack of spark and creativity this show now has - taking headlines from the news and crafting them into the show - a cross between Sandusky and Trayvon/Zimmerman with the latter case being flatly mentioned by the resident wimpy . as her reason for appearing at a death scene involving a minority death. That the show ended in a vigilante hit with no aired repercussions (.. "fade to spoke volumes.moreless
  • A crime actually suited to the Major Crimes team.

    8.0
Hard hitting stuff with a serious crime expertly played out.. not quite as powerful as the missing child episode earlier this season but a solid show none the less.

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • Goof: at the end of the episode, when Captain Raynor offers to join Flynn to the wedding, in the camera angle aimed at Flynn from over her shoulder, we see the top edge of her laptop, which is open. This despite her closing it as he entered the room.

  • QUOTES (1)

    • Rusty: (after the discussion about his past) Look, all I really want to do is just to finish school with no trouble and play chess. I mean, can't I just do those two things? Can't that be enough?
Raydor: That is more than enough. And there is no pressure from me to do anything else except be kind and be safe.
