Sasha calls the girls in on their day off and puts the girls through a brutal day of training as punishment for attending the party.   • All the girls get in trouble with Sasha and Carter and Lauren feel bad for what they did together

    In the beginning of the episode, Emily is with her mom and shes telling her about how she needs to get into the gym even though its Sunday and she needs to work. Her mom says she will take care of it, and Emily is nervous but she heads to the gym. There she sees the rest of the girls--Payson, Kaylie, and Lauren. There the only ones there and they have no idea whats going on. Sasha comes in and says he knows about the party they went to and now there all in trouble. Lauren blames it on Payson who denies she said anything. Then to Emily's mom who is at the Pizza Shack where Emily works, and she tells the boss that Emily can't be there today, but the boss says she will fire Emily if shes not there so Emily's mom covers her shift for her. Back at the gym, Sasha makes the girls clean the mats, and then he walks out. Emily tells the girls if she doesn't get to work soon she is fired. Eventually the girls help her and she gets to leave through a window before Sasha comes back. Lauren tells Kaylie and Lauren that she had sex but she doesn't tell them who. Then Carter comes in, and Kaylie tells the girls the truth that she is dating him. While they kiss, Lauren stares at Carter who stares back at her with guilt on his face. Later, Emily is at her work with the guy who is covering Razors ship, and he lets her leave after she does a back flip for him. Later, Sasha comes back into the gym, and Emily makes it in the nick of time. He lets them go and after they leave, Lauren gives Kaylie a hug goodbye, and as soon as Kaylie leaves, Carter comes over, and tells Lauren that it meant nothing between them, and if he saw her phone, she says no, but after he leaves she pulls out his phone which was in her pocket. Sasha is at his house, and Paysen's mom comes over and says she is mad at him because it was family night, and Paysen wasn't there, he then offers her a job as the manager.moreless
