This wasn't an episode with "laugh out loud" moments, but it kept my attention... at least my attention. I also enjoyed Kurtwood Smith as the principal.
  • Bad.

This was one of the worst episode of the show in recent memory. I thought that it was so boring and so unfunny that I could barely keep myself from watching another show. Actually, whenever this episode is on, I change the channel. I don't know if I can say that I liked any aspect of this episode but I will try to find one thing. Iguess I kind of thought that the female boss was kind of hot. Other than that, it was awfully bad. Overall, I am glad this episode hardly plays, but in the future I will be careful. Thank you.
  • It was okay for the most part.

Malcolm is the editor of the school's literary magazine. He wants to publish a good story with some inappropriate things in it. The principal won't let him though, so Malcolm gets the A.C.L.U. involved. Reese tricks Dewey into thinking a plant will grow in his hand. Hal has a new boss that flirts with him. Lois tells him to flirt back.

This was an okay episode. I didn't really think that it was that funny. I did like the Reese/Dewey thing though. I noticed Hallie Todd was in this episode. We didn't really see a conclusion to Hal's story. I give this episode an 8.0 out of 10!
  • What the...?

This episode was not funny at all, it was very boring actually. Malcolm begins to be the editor for the newspaper and admits a story that has dirty words in it, later the principal and the teacher in charge decide that Malcolm is getting out of control, so they tell him to drop off the story, Malcolm doesn’t hears and later the principal bans all of the extracurricular classes thanks to Malcolm, but in the end it turns out be the girl who write the story the one who convinces to do that. Meanwhile, Hal begins to flirt with the woman that is suppose to fired other people, but ends up with something unexpectedly.
