Malcolm in the Middle

We learn Hanson's first name is David.

Hal walks off, leaving the music box on the table. This results in Reese having Jamie destroy it. Since the music box was supposed to be a surprise, it is unlikely that Hal would have left it sitting out.

When Malcolm and Lois are arguing, she says that Flamenco dancing would be a disaster. However, later in the series, Malcolm proves to be incredible at all sorts of dancing.

Most schools require an in person request to run for a student body position, specifically to prevent other students from entering them into the running as a joke.

Chad's sign says: Seizures may be a trap.

Lois finally admits that Dewey is very talented musically, after both her and Hal seem to step over the issue in earlier episodes.

Back in the episode, "Hal Quits," a tester told Malcolm that he could do anything that he wanted, but in this episode, we see that Malcolm is not good at music.
