Goof: When Dewey is dancing with Mrs. White, the rose she has appears and disappears frequently.
When Malcolm is first walking to the water slide, there are signs on the left, but when it switches to Malcolm, he is looking to the right.
A temperature of 104 degrees is extremely serious. Anyone burning that high of a fever must be iced immediately and taken to a hospital. At 106 degrees, the brain begins to die.
When the boys were on the roof and away from Lois, why didn't Lois just use a ladder to grab them? The boys used a ladder to get on the roof.
When they didn't go to school, wouldn't the school call to see what was up since they probably skipped before?
Lois has a fever of 104 degrees.
When Malcolm is walking on the roof, it's clear that he's played by a stuntman and not Frankie Muniz.
This is the first time Hal wears his white underwear briefs.
When Hal tells the boys to run because the robot is about to fire, he clearly has plenty of time to run himself. You only have to stand still AFTER the bees attack, not before.
When Spangler is talking to Lois, he says "The all Alabama gay rodeo is in town." He should have said the all gay Alabama rodeo to be grammatically correct.
When Hal was covered in bees and told the kids to go to the neighbor, they don't because Malcolm says the neighbors won't let them over anymore. They could go to Craig's house as he was there the whole time.
In this episode, it's supposed to appear as if Stanley was naked and painted himself, but when he first walks in, you can tell that he is wearing underwear or some kind of covering.
After Lois takes the tablets that Hal put in the sandwich off, when she is putting the second one down, it the camera switches to behind Lois and her hand is back to where it was before. She couldn't have moved her hand that fast from putting the tablet down to next to the tray.
When Hal tries to drug Lois, she takes the tablets off and puts them on the blue place mat. In the next shot of her, they are gone and it looks like they are on the plate instead, but she couldn't have moved them.
In the scene where Hal is giving Lois a sandwich in bed, when Lois said "Stop trying to drug my food," she took off the top bread to get rid of the pills. In the next shot, the top bread is back on the sandwich. Then, in the shot after, the top bread is off before she went back to talking to Francis over the phone.
Hal ask Malcolm to read the list of names to the man that held him in his arms the minute he was born (or something like that). But later in the episode, "Flashback," we see that Malcolm was born on the front lawn while Hal was gone for a drive, and even when he came back he didn't hold the baby (actually he just offered Lois the rest of his Slurpee).
Reese is playing with a Game Boy, which has no cartridge in it.
When Spangler gets up from the desk, he has the pipe attached to his fake hand. As he turns, it is in his good gloved hand. He circles around his desk and turns again, and the pipe is back in his fake hand. This all takes place in just a few seconds.
The Chinese word on Malcolm's white t-shirt means "fruit."
At 14:55 a bug can be seen crawling down the wall, just over Reese's left shoulder as he is saying "It's anarchy, baby!".
