A company has signed deals with everyone on the flats street to demolish every residence and business there, including the flats themselves! Everyone on the street who signs gets a big money deal for selling their deeds, and everyone has signed the deal except Mr. Roper, who is considering it. Robin, Chrissy, Jo, Mrs. Roper and tons of other tenants oppose this idea and spend the rest of the feature film trying to stop Mr. Roper.moreless
