Philip Bond (Luis) 'I did two 'Man in a Suitcase' episodes - 'Web With Four Spiders' and 'The Man Who Stood Still'. In one I played an airport official and in the other I'm a Spanish waiter with dyed black hair. It used to take hours in make up! Richard Bradford was very aloof and did not mix. But it was an arduous role and when you have so much to do you just get on with it!'.

Cyril Shaps (Palma) has one particular memory of Richard Bradford.'He was the first Method actor I had worked with and this made it difficult to pick up his cues as he was always improvising. This is fine for the Method actor, but very difficult for his fellow players, as they need to act in the same style. This entails a great deal more rehearsal than is usually available on a tv film when the schedule is very tight!'
