Nowhere is the fish fresher than in the Florida Keys, and so Adam heads south to visit the Hogfish Bar and Grill for one of their signature hogfish sandwiches, a half pound fillet with cheese, mushrooms, and onions. Next he heads out for dessert at Blue Heaven, where of course he has to have the key lime pie. Finally he visits the Key Largo Conch House for the Fritter challenge, where ten contestants see who can put away the most fritters in fifteen minutes.
