Adam starts his journey at Chaps Pit Beef and samples the Baltimore exclusive pit beef which is flame grilled and sliced thin beef. The pit beef sandwich is made of this meat and topped with tiger sauce which is horseradish and mayo and onions on top. Next Adam heads to Obrykies Crab House and samples their crab on crab crab cakes. The cakes are made with an outer and inner serving of crab and bread crumbs with an egg wash. After wards he tries the spiced steamed crabs. Next Adam heads to Steak and Main for the Great Steak Challenge. To win Adam must eat one 8 once Fillet Mignon, one 12 once NY Strip, two 13 once Black Angus Delmonico s, a 16 once flat iron steak, and finally a 12 once prime rib cut and one pound of side dishes. To win Adam must complete the meal in one hour or less.
