Adam starts his journey at Hominy Grill for some traditional country cooking. At this restaurant they specialize in low country cooking referring to coastal inspired dishes. Adam tries their signature dish of shrimp and gits. Next Adam heads to Bowen's Island restaurant and samples their fresh seafood. The restaurant sits on the bay and gets their seafood delivered fresh everyday. While here Adam samples their signature steamed oysters cooking in a burlap sack on a steel plate. In the final leg of his journey Adam goes to Bushido Sushi restaurant for the challenge. To win Adam must eat ten tuna hand rolls and the heat increases as Adam moves from one to ten.
